REVIEW: Mary and May B C E Cleansing Balm

Cleansing balms are a favourite of mine when it comes to double cleansing and I love to test out new products whenever I have a chance. When my staple from Soap and Glory hit the pan I decided to pick this off the shelf to test it out.

Since double cleansing is a staple in Korean skincare a balm which removes all your makeup is essential to keep your skin looking good.

Double Cleansing Guide

If you are wondering the best way to double cleanse, discover the step-by-step guide on how to do it and the right products to use.

Packaging

This comes in a pretty standard box. What makes it different and exclusive is the plastic covering and scoop that allows you to take some of the balm without sticking your finger into the container and contaminating it.

Texture :

The texture is sorbet-like but melts immediately in contact with the skin.  The product dissolved quickly into an oil and melted my make-up with little effort.

When it came time to wash it off it washed off as easily as a regular cleanser and didn’t leave a film on my skin at all.  What  I got was soft hydrated clean skin since it felt so good on my skin I  often used it for my second cleanse as well.
